Digital Marketing Manager
As a Digital Marketing Manager for Idea Marketing Group, you will strategize, design and execute marketing needs for our clients. You will be responsible for all collaborative client marketing efforts and managing a team of Digital Marketing Specialists.
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership team on marketing ideation for our agency
- Manage marketing budgets and identify opportunities within campaigns
- Manage and lead execution of marketing strategies
- Manage and mentor marketing team members
- Perform monthly 1:1 with your team members
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performances
- Drive SEO/organic growth through content strategies
- Work closely with the Sales team on sales and marketing synergy
- Maintaining active certification status (ie: Google, Linkedin, SEM Rush)
- Support other departments when needed
- Assist in upselling enhancements and on-going packages to existing clients
- Continuous professional development for skill advancement (target ~36 hours annually)
- Remain current on industry norms and future trends, applied to projects
- Ensure strong communications with clients, opting for calls over email when appropriate
- Travel 5-10% based on need, customer face to face interaction, and team support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and 3-4 years of experience within a marketing role focused on digital marketing
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Comfortable working within WordPress
- Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable with analytics tools and software
- Good communication and listening skills with applied creative thinking
- Excellence in time and task management, attention to detail, and overall organization
- Self-motivated and driven; able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to efficiently work and thrive in a remote environment with other team members
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of WordPress, Google Gmail, Documents, Sheets, Calendar and the Internet
