Project managers are critical for the success of our team. We look for self-starters who love to work in a fun, encouraging, positive, team environment. Someone who encourages creativity and can successfully and accurately manage projects from start to finish while solidifying client relationships for years to come.
Responsibilities
- Managing inbound & outbound client communication throughout the lifespan of all website builds, opting for phone calls or zoom meetings over email when appropriate
- Gathering client assets and communicating with both team members and clients throughout the lifespan of all website builds
- Managing client expectations and scope creep with the team on all projects by continuously evaluating timelines and budgets
- Utilizing Asana daily for task management, converting new sales submissions to projects; carrying over the details, scheduling and updating project status weekly
- Working with Creative Director to ensure milestones are met for all website builds
- Assist in upselling enhancements and ongoing packages to existing clients
- Accurately log support hours
- Continually seek out professional development opportunities to further develop skills (minimum 36 hours per year)
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Travel 10 – 15% based on need, customer face-to-face interaction, and team support
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1 – 3 years of project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to use phone calls vs. emails for client communications
- Good listening skills with applied creative thinking
- Excellence in time and task management, attention to detail, and overall organization
- Self-motivated and driven; able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly and persuasively
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of WordPress, GSuite, Asana, and HubSpot
