Are rush requests included within the website support pack?

No. Emergency requests are treated separately because of the expedited service within 1 business day.

Can the time be used for special projects in addition to routine website maintenance?

Yes. It is perfect for smaller projects. However, an additional time pack will be needed if the request is to go beyond the hours remaining. For larger projects, we will recommend a custom proposal that includes the scope of work.

Do I have to purchase a website support pack?

No, it is not required. Requests can still be handled as needed. We provide support packs as a proactive solution that can also help with budgeting. If you are interested in a web support pack, please use the form below to get started.

Do the support pack hours expire?

Yes. The support pack hours will expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

Do your website support services help with SEO and marketing?

We offer specific plans to help with on-going search engine optimization and content marketing as well as paid advertising campaigns. We’d be happy to discuss more with you.

Is there a monthly report that shows the remaining time?

No. We will however provide estimates ahead of time on how long we expect the request to take. At the 6 month mark, we will provide an update on the remaining time. Otherwise, you will be notified when the hours have been depleted.

What are support packs?

Support Packs are blocks of time that can be purchased at discounted hourly rates. Website Support Packs expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Hours can be used towards recommendations within the Website Improvement Plan as well as general maintenance to the website.

What is included with the website improvement plan?

The plan includes a punch list of recommendations on improvements with time estimates. The plan does not include any edits to your website. Time estimates are provided and support packs can be purchased separately for approved line items.

What type of websites do you support?

We are exclusively WordPress. We do not support ASP, Drupal, Joomla, SquareSpace, Shopify, Wix, or other template builders. If you are on WordPress and would like website support, we would be happy to review your website to see if we are the right fit.
